Dog owners/handlers are responsible for the actions and behaviour of their dogs at all times. 

Oceanmark K-9 Resort and its' staff are not responsible for any loss or injury to you or your dog.

Dog owners/handlers are responsible for picking up and disposing of all of their dogs waste.

Class Fees are due on Orientation Night or on the first day/ night of classes unless other arrangements have been made with Ocean K-9 Resort prior to the first class.

If a class is cancelled by Oceanmark there will be a make up class rescheduled.
